They can be mounted on stock rims.
Will look kind of bulgy.

Clearance wise without any lift the rear will be fine.

On the front make a cut from the bottom up on the lip at the bottom front of the fender about 1 inch in and fold this portion up with a hammer.

You may think you have enough clearance now but the day will come when you will hit a bump with the wheels turned, you might get lucky and not cut your new tire up but you will fold up the fender lip with less finesse than if you cut it first.
