I've got my front end appart. I have the upper controll arm off the truck and call me dumb...but are these upper bushings pressed in? Or do I put on a BIG wrench and loosen the nuts off each end?

JUST LOOSEN THE NUTS & THEY COME RIGHT OUT. THERE NOT AT ALL LIKE THOSE ON CAR FRONTENDS. YOU DON'T NEED A BFH OR PRESS OR ANYTHING. YOU CAN JUST PULL EM OFF THE SHFT BY HAND.

Got em off. Thanks John.
Should i go ahead and replace the lower bushings as well? There isn't any play in them like the upper ones had. The coil spring kinda scares me.......Id hate for it to jump out at me! lol
