I'm 16 and I got an 88 s-10 blazer and my old 70. I bought the blazer when I was 15 and started working on it. I had to sand all the paint off, shaved the emblems, and roof rack, primered it and just had it painted. And now I bought this truck and I am selling the blazer. I am just waiting to get the tittle switched over then I am going to start driving the truck. I just bought it 2 weeks ago so haven't really done much but have big plans for it.

Well I got mine november of 2000. I was 16 Now 20

Just getting it finished up now. I have to be close or over $20,000 now. I will add it up when It's done. I get really fustrated when I added it up toi $14,000 and all I had was a incomplete truck in primer with a drive line. I have done all the work myself except spray the paint, diffirential, tranny and motor. I did not feel confident doing thoes parts. Everything else I have done myself. Learned tons along the way. The biggiest lesson would be to buy a complete truck that is as close to rust free as possible. I started with a complete cab with a good roof and a LWB frame and ended up with this. It's now complete looking with a few odd ends to finish up.

I'm 17 and got my truck for my 14th b-day, drove it for a year and did a frame off on it all myself, only exceptions are the paint and the tranny. I did all the body work myself, and i was going to paint it, but the body man cut me a good deal to spray it. There are still a few things i've gotta get buttoned up on it before its first car show, heres a few bad pics of it. I also have a 96 tahoe with a salvage title for a daily driver.

I am 20 now. I got my truck in December 03. It is a 72 Cheyenne. 350/TH350 with factory air. It currently is in pieces. I need to get the doors hung and fenders. For pictures scroll up to 72Mario same colour, I think. I still haven't figured out how to post pics yet. Somtime I'll get the white stripe and trim. My other ride is a 1997 chevy silverado extended cab 350 with Z71.

Mario: Two questions

What colour? Is it Victory Red? Also what are you doing for insurance if it is a trck that you will drive mostly for pleauser use not daily driver. PM is okay.

I'm 18 and my truck is the one in my sig. I got it last summer and have been working on mostly engine stuff, as it was a piece when I got it. I hope to soon put the engine behind me and get onto body work. I've done a bit of body work but it needs alot more.

Oh by the way special70 your truck is awesome, alot of attention to detail.
