burb/panel frame

wondering if a panel and burb share the same chassis...mounting points etc.

They both have the Exact same mounting points for the body, in fact with bodies removed from frame there is no way to tell a panel frame from a Suburban frame unless the Suburban is a 71 or 72 because we all know that the last year the Panel truck was made was 1970 so they never received disc brakes up front.
