Shift kit drilled for street?

I bought a shift kit for the TH350 in my old Camaro many moons ago, but never got the chance to install it. Well, it's dead now but I still have the kit. It's already been drilled for street instead of towing. Would it be ok in my truck, or should I get another one and drill it for towing?

I always put in kits on the street/strip setting.

Makes the band hold a bit more and under load it helps.

And will also help the trans run cooler. Less slippage = less heat

I've always ran street/strip.It would shift firm while normal driving and bark the tires when you shift at upper RPM's.Not sure what the advantage of the RV setting would be.

Same here.....I installed my shift kit and used the street/strip separator plate. I've towed with it, it shifts hard and will chirp 2nd.

What brand of shift kit is it?
The B&M and TCI valve bodies will shift hard at all throttle points.
The trans-go will shift harder as more throttle is applied <-- I like this , But still shifts stiff at lower RPMs
Also it depends on if you want full manual, or manual/automatic.

You cant even tell I have one installed unless you are full wide open. Then it chirps quite well.
