My wife thinks I'm crazy when I bring projects like this home but I just tell her you've got to have a vision of what it will look like at the end of its journey. What do you think?

at least yours has some sheetmetal,heck when i brought mine home,it was just a frame,oh yeah,i told her "look honey,i gotta piece of paper to(the title)"she looked at me with disgust in her eyes,now she just wants to drive it,im still debating

I'm thinking it's already AT the end of it's journey. Or maybe the remainder of it's journey is as long as the distance to your nearest scrapyard.

I mean, I've never seen a blazer with SO MUCH rust! And it's a common 4x4 model, NOT a CST, with a 6 cylinder and a 3 on the tree? I just hope you can get enough money from the few unrusted pieces to pay for the tow

Any rust in the top?It`s no CST,but it`s got rare rear a/c.If that`s original paint(looks like it),the rear quarters are decent on the outside.You`re gonna make her eat her words.Enjoy it,that`s rare.

The rest of the Blazer looks good it just looks like someone left the top off of that thing for a while. Your work looks good as I would never have tackled that project and I am a bodyman by trade but I didnt see any weld were you welded the new floor to the reinforcements to the floor. If I cant see them excuse me for commenting. Just want to make sure you and your family are safe.

Tires are 33 x12.5 with no lift. Will probably look at a 4" lift once the body is finished. I'm suprised no one has commented about the the lawn mower gas tank on the cowl. Existing tank is out and I need to be able to move this thing from time to time. Will remove the body in the near future to get to paint the frame, etc. Where's the best place to buy body mounts?

Thanks for the concern 72CSTC5 and I'll double check. Was diligent in making sure I at least put the same welds underneath on the crossmembers as what it came with.

A/C is nice but really need a larger unit.

Dude, if I hadn't seen the after pics. I would have said you got a hold of some bad crack. Great job on that floor, or what was left of it. Keep the pics coming.

nice work, bud i get these `visons` all the time.lol people think i`m crazy(maybe i am ) but when i get a truck or blazer done these same people always ask.. i want it,how much...
my red blazer looks almost as bad when i started, i knew how i wanted to build it from the start, now i wouldn`t sell it for nothin!!!
