Replacing Upper Steering Column Bearing
Does this upper bearing pop out with a screwdriver?. My steering wheel has alot of play and I want to replace it. Thanks

Should just come right out... hehe. Mine did when I replaced it. Just kinda got to pry it out and it should come.

I should just slide out. I used a small hooked scribe to slide it out. BTW I thought mine was wore out, but the steering wheel just was not tight. The bearing is tapered and the more you tighten the nut behind the wheel the tighter it gets. So if you have had the wheel off recently, you may have the old "Loose nut behide the wheel problem.
