Lowering '72

Hi all,

Im planning on lowering my 72 Longbed Fleetside Truck

I have seen pics of '72's slammed, but the best lowering kit I can find is 4" front 5" back - Thats NOT low enough!

How do I fix my problem ? :P

Hey Justin, if you don't work something out with Slayer, I may be interested in those springs, let me know. Thanx. Paul.

Few Q's....

Hey, Slammed67, on your rear end drop, did you notch the rear frame any or did you not touch it? Also, on your bags, how are they mounted? Did you mount them in the stock location where the springs used to ride or did you fabricate some mounts? I'm about to do the same thing to mine; I've got the front pretty much figured out, it's the rear that's buggin me as I don't have my bed (yet) to see if I want to bridge-notch it to achieve the slam that I want. By eyeballin' your stance, your truck is about where I'd like mine to be... Could you possibly post a pic of your rear suspension?

Check out my web site for pics of my rear suspension (the address is in my sig.). I've got the Classic Performance Products C-Notch. Yes, the rear bags are mounted where the stock springs were...... no brackets.
