wood bed conversion

Right now i am in the process of converting my steel bed to a wood one, but because i am so cheap i want to cut down the steel bed crossmembers to work with the wood. So what i am looking for is pictures and measurements of the wood crossmembers. Any help would be greatly appreciated and when i get it all figured out i will take pictures of the process and post em on here.
