My front driveshaft measures 29.5 fully extended and 26.5 compressed. This measurement is from the centerline of the universal to the centerline of the last universal at the CV joint. My truck has a 5" lift and the center to center measurement is 28"..

Thanks, If I'm reading that right, the distance between the joint at the differential and the joint at the transfer case is 28". Is that right. Sorry to be a pain but I sold a guy a driveshaft and I may have sent the wrong one out. I just want to make sure he got the right one.

Fully compressed mine is 25.5" long. I've got a TH350/NP205 with a Dana 44 front axle. Mine is out of the truck so if you have any other questions hit me. No lift on the truck.
