2wd cabs vs 4wd cabs

Other than the high hump are there any other differences between cabs. How about mounting points or anything else.

No difference in cabs. 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive use different cab mounts because of frame difference, but 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive and all 4x4 cabs use same mounts.

Thanks Mike, do I take it to mean that the cabs are the same just the rubber donuts are different. I looking at a two wheel drive cab C-10 for my 4x4.
