Re: 1/2 cab

I haven't missed a single craigslist autoparts add in 6 months. (i have a computer job) and I've never seen a 1/2 cab. Guess it takes a little luck too. even if i saw one on craigslist i would have to have a race with igor to see who could get it first

Although I've made some nice buys recently off craigslist.

Re: 1/2 cab

Sorry, I misread. Thought you were going to make a top out of a pickup cab. Would be alot easier out of full top. There is a halfcab 2 blocks from my house but he wants to sell the blazer with it. Good luck.....Rick

Re: 1/2 cab

How much does he want for the blazer? PM me. depending on the price I might buy the whole thing just for the top.

Some one was....I think he went out of business though, they were really expensive. He also made hardtops for camaro convertables. I'll try and find the link.

Re: 1/2 cab

Was it this guy? http://www.myrodshop.com/blazer.html I talked to him about 5 months ago, he said he would make one for $800.-900. but I would have to come up with my own bulkhead.

Re: 1/2 cab

Does anyone have one of these? How is the fit? What did you pay? Does this guy need the blazer for fitting? I emailed him already, but I'm impatient.

Re: 1/2 cab

Nobody I know has bought one, his price is in the $800-$900 range like
stated above, No he does not need yours to fit it, the pic's show it on
either his or one of his customers, No bulkhead is included (Top only)

Re: 1/2 cab

I put mine on last weekend. Driving around with it gets the funniest stares and double takes with the back seat installed. I've never installed my bulkhead, but have all the original bolts and parts for it. Just seems like alot of work to put that in. If I pulle it out today , I'll try to remember to post some more pics.

Re: 1/2 cab

Homi, call the guy again tomarrow! I have called him a couple times and not gotten return calls. His work keeps him pretty busy, so he said. If they look good and he will make them, do you think he would do a group discount?
