Question Blazer Interior?

I have a question on blazer interior, did it come with factory white seats and white seat belts? I'm planning to paint my whole blazer mid olive green, with white seats, olive green carpet, black door panels, black dash pad, and black steering wheel. Would this be a good match? I need everyone's opinion on this please. Thanks, Luis.

Re: Blazer Interior?

Nope, wouldn't be correct, if that's what your going after. It should list what interior color you had originally on the label on your glove box door. I believe "white" would have been "parchment". Your dash pad, door panels, arm rest, seats, seat belts, steering wheel and carpet would have been the same color. Unless you had the rubber/plastic floor liner instead of carpet, it would have been black. I believe all your interior metal, ie dash, doors, steering column etc, would have been the same color as the outside.

Just my .02.

Re: Blazer Interior?

Well, it was originally Med Blue, but i want to redo it med olive green, which was another factory color and i just want to know what would go with med olive color. I have an old 72 Blazer ad that was med olive green and the seats were white looking or parchment, but does not show the rest of it like door panels, seat belts, etc. Luis.

I went with a black interior, black top.
White/white would look good too, IMO.

About your white/parchment ad, 71 jimmy has it correct.

Re: Blazer Interior?

My white seats with green plaid would look totally sweet in your rig.

My 72 has parchment int. It has white door panels, arm rest, white seat covers, white visors, white headliner. Unlike the other color interiors in which every thing matches, Parchment has black dash pad, black carpet, black seatbelts black steering cloumn and wheel. and and a black glove box door. I have seen this on several trucks and think it is correct, but not sure about Blazers.

Re: Blazer Interior?

The Parchment interior in my '72 has a Sandalwood dashpad & sterring column. The seats, door panels/arm rests, visors and belts are off-white. The floor is the original rubber mat (black). The center console is orange (body color).

Re: Blazer Interior?

Both of your Blazers look awesome on the inside. You guys are making me jealous. My interior color consists of two door panels that are so dirty that I'm not sure what color they are....oh well it'll happen some day.

Re: Blazer Interior?

my light olive custom camper has parchment (off white) interior but since it came with tilt steering the column, steering wheel ,dash pad and carpet is black. but the seat, door panels and sunvisers are parchment (off white) as far as i can tell this truck has never been restored so i assume it's original plus i've owned it about 10 years or so hope this helps Mike
