Cool Something positive to say!

I don't know about you guys, but the amount of bad apples on this board are very few and far between. It will not discourage me from buying parts from people on this board. I have had very good luck with all my purchases I have made and the great thing is that I wouldn’t be able to get them if it wasn't from the people here. To name some very good people to get parts from and that are second to none with response time, shipping, and follow up!

ED with Mothertruckers.net, Fast68, I think it was fine69 (sold me a GMC stepside model), Jeff at CPNE, and someone else sold me some hold-downs for my back seat in my Blazer and I forgot who he was. If I forgot you, I am sorry.

These people would call me or email me with the info I needed and when the parts shipped. I couldn't ask for more.

Because of these people I will keep buying from this board. I would hope some other people could give some positive experiences and names of the good people they have dealt with. Lets keep this place fun and enjoyable as possible.

Ty

Meathead95 also, did exactly as he said, got my parts Monday, cause UPS came Friday after my office closed. I think the problems are few and far between.

I agree. I've had very good experiences buying stuff on the board. This is the only deal that went wrong. I'm sorry to have taken up so much time and grateful for the support. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from other board members again

I have bought several things from Board Members and had no problems at all. My one bad experience won't stop me from buying from the Board, that's for sure! I think 99% of the people on this Board are good people with a common bond, were all part of the Chevy family and I for one am proud to be here.

Well, I've had nothing but good luck on the board. Knock on wood. I've sold stuff and bought stuff and never had a problem. Matter of fact, Oscar, your fuel sender is on the way. I sent it yesterday. All in all, I think we have a very good group of folks with maybe a couple of bad apples in the barrel. Not bad really when you look at how many members we have. Way to go, and keep up the good work!! Jeff.

I have to mention a few good things about some more people.

Last year when my little brother was getting sent to Daytona Beach, Florida I asked for some help. I had asked if anyone had a car or truck to sell for cheap. I think at least five or so different guys even though they were at least 1+++ away, they said they would do anything they could to help. (Sorry I don’t remember all your names). He didn't end up going to Florida, he was shipped to Connecticut, but that doesn’t mean these people still wouldn’t have helped him. And for who, me, some guy in Gig Harbor, WA?

I always talk about you guys and gals to my friends and family. I enjoy when someone emails me and asks me what I have done to my stepside or when Shagrolet tells me on the chat board that he likes my truck.

I just wanted to say thanks for all your input and help over the past 2 years I have been here.

I haven't bought anything from anyone on the board, yet...only because i don't have any money!!! I'm sure most of the guys on the board are honest and sincere. there will be bad apples anywhere you go. I think this board is great and spend most of my online time here. One of these days I will have enough money to fix up the 72 better and will most likely find the parts i need here.

I have been on this board since 12/13/99 and have seen a lot of stuff happen but I can say 99% of it has been good don't let 1-bad apple spoil the fun I enjoy these trucks so much it is a way of life for me. I also have the most respect for each and every member.

Ive done business with several boad members myself. So far, Ive never had problem. Usually tho, if its someone Im not familliar with, Ill ask around and see if anyone else had done bussiness with them and and any problems. I think it would be a great idea to have a place to report good or bad business, could make the difference for a buyer or seller.

No complaints here either. I've gotten a few parts from members and I've been very satisfied. Now I just need to find the time to put all the parts on the truck. lol
