buy the one piece floor section? Does anyone know if the one piece floor section that's marketed for Chevy trucks will fit/work in a Blazer?

I'd replace only what's needed.
The blazer floor is slightly different,more bracing and backing plates I believe.

see that's what i was gonna do when i thought i was gonna be the one doing it. since i'm having a body/collision shop do it, i'd think they have the means and know-how to brace it up and would do a great job at it.

That might cost considerably more. The more fitting, bracing and overall work they have to do will add up. If the cost doesn't really matter and that shop has the skills... yeah do it... other wise replace only what needs it. Plus coat it with something that will last and last.

I personally would rather patch the floor than put the entire floor in a vehicle unless of course the entire floor was bad and really needed it. Are your rocker boxes any good?

Doing the entire floor is a Big undertaking. I replaced the entire firewall/windshield frame on mine as well as the entire floor. No pics of th in process work but the truck floor will work in a blazer. I used the one without braces (all Goodmark had in stock) and also replaced both front cab supports. Lots of spot welds to seperate the floor from the underbraces but its very doable. I also am replacing both rocker boxes.....basically when I got through cutting on my blazer there was nothing left from the step up to the rear floor forward.
