New guy with '64

Hey all,
I'm Langdon and I just bought a '64 shortbed stepside for a weekend cruiser/toy. It's got a 350 with some boltons backed by a TH400. It runs pretty well, but needs alot of TLC, mainly body work. I figured I'd introduce myself and my truck since I'm gonna be seeking more information about this lovely beast. Sorry the pictures aren't great. Haven't had time to take day shots.

From Idaho. I like the tilt front end...I've been wanting to do that for a long time...but in fiberglass.

When you get a chance to take more pics, I'd be interested in seeing some detail on how they did the tilt hood hinge(2) and latch.

Re: New guy with '64

Welcome from Tucson AZ. I have a 64 Longbed Fleetside. Your truck has a ton of potential, and the tilt is awesome. If you need info on parts try Classic Industries, lots of originals and mod parts. Good Luck.
