Hey Y'all

Just joined up.... look forward to chattin with my fellow 60-66 owners!.

I just bought my '65 a couple of months ago and am in the process of getting it ready for the spring. Most of the work will be interior. I totally stripped it cleaned, added all new gauges, a B&M truck shifter and eventually new carpeting and seats. Won't be doing much engine work but have added an all new ingnition system including Holley coil and module, Taylor wires, cap, rotor, and contact. Swapped the Q-Jet for a Holley 600 and anything else will be minor touch ups such as chrome valve covers etc.

nice truck

Finally! someone else with a 65!
Nice truck. I have a 65 stepside.
I have found that most of the action on this board is in General discussion. Not too many people riding around in anything much older than 67. This is a good place to get some answers from some people that know their trucks. Good group of people!

Maybe we can get this tired old 60-66 board fired up?
