Smile flip kits

I would like to see trucks that are lowered with a flip kit utilizing the whole leaf spring pack to see how low they get. I would like to do this to my 79 GMC sometime in the near future.

just really want to even out my truck front and back, its lowered right now but i dont know how many coils PO cut off to lower the front. eventually i will get another set of coils and cut 2 coils off, old school way, no bags, and go from there. then i want the rear to sit level with the front, but i dont want to lose payload that much, i know i may have to lose some anyway.

Re: flip kits

on mine I have a beltec flip kit and notch with 3 out 6leafs and on the front it supposed to be 3inch spindles and 2 inch coil by djm

this what my truck looked like when it had the beltec drop shackels, it would rattle my kindeys every where I would drive it and my rear end would bottom out on a little bump, and the stance looked stupid to me

Re: flip kits

I also have a flipkit without the c notch and with the full spring pack.
I had two leafs removed and it looked good but after a while it settled and hit the frame so i put the leafs back in and i´m fine!
