Heads

1985 K15 w/ LO5 350 (92 Suburban). Just found out 462624 heads, mortec says they're 75-86 350/400 76cc chamber and 1.72/1.5, 1.94/1.5, or 2.02/1.6 valves. Are these any good for a daily driver with some mild off-roading and an occasional 20' Ranger?

Can you tell anything about the condition by looking at the rocker arms/springs/pushrods? Scratch that... can I tell anything?
