Post POWER STEERING CONVERSION

I have a 69c-10 with a big block 4-speed.
Want to add power steering, want to know what is needed to make the change? I have the pump , want to of a company that sell a
good system, or what's needed if I go donor
parts? thanks in advance for any help.

so you have the pump and brackets? well the gearbox from a 68-81 will work (just make sure its a gearbox from before they switched to metric)

if you find a box from a 68-up make sure it is the 2wd indexable variety. the 4wd looks identical with exception to mounting the pitman arm to swing front to back instead side to side. there is no choice in the matter and it won't work with your 2wd.

If you go donor,
You need the 2WD pump, the pressure and return hose and the pitman arm.
http://www.agrsteering.com sells rebuilt boxes for around $300. You still need the other pieces though.
