Post Does anybody out there have a short bed 73-81 bed ?

Hey,
I've been looking for a short bed fleetside for my 81 silverado for the longest time now. I swear to god the things dont exhist. Right now I'd even go for one in decent condition that needed a litte work. Hopefully in connecticut. Thanks.

crap my stepdad would freak, that is exactly same, almost same blue even that he needs for the 82 K10, the bed on it is toasted bad rotted all the way up to body line. Cab same way, nice truck thoogh new engine and tranny and rebuilt case and front end and such, so..

damn.,,

Does that bed have dual tanks on it?????

I only have a single tank. Could I put on a bed with a setup for dual tanks and only have one? If I could I would.

My bed is a single tank. Dual can be mounted on a single, you will just have a opening for nothing, or you could add the second tank.
