EXACTLY! I don't even have wipers cuz this thing doesn't see rain or even the chance of. I want to do the same thing only completely make the panel solid.

Re: So you want i should make u a shaved cowl?

Here in Ohio, you would fail a road-side safety inspection if you removed the wipers.....rain or shine, they must work.

Re: So you want i should make u a shaved cowl?

That looks awesome!Great work there Guido.Eh...why for you make such a nice cowl?
I like wipers and washers for when birds poop on my windshield. And,there are bug splats.Could always be a lingering puddle from a rain the guy in front of you hits,or who knows, maybe a summertime thunder shower.Dew in the morning wipes off conveniently with a twist of the ole wiper knob.Arid climate? No bugs, dew,or even afternoon thunderstorms? It`s always nice to take the dust off the windshield by pushing a button. Then, there remains the question how to shave the plastic bezel with a labeled hole for the wiper switch.I think I`d like one just like this.I`m a wiper kinda guy.

Re: So you want i should make u a shaved cowl?

It looks slick but as I run the vents open in my truck all summer and those slots feed air to the heater in the winter I'll pass and be comfortable. Great for a show only truck but maybe not practical for a driver.

In Oregon too, unless the law has changed since I lived there. Considering the rain that Oregon is famous (infamous?) for, west of the Cascades, I would not expect that legal requirement to be repealed.
