Re: $8.00 Paint job

How'd you get away for only $8? I had to spend about 34 cans @ .99.each to get mine black

That's the nicest looking $8 paint job I have ever seen! I used to gray prime my old truck once a year, what a difference! Good job

Nice looking paint job. Did you scuff the paint first? If you did scuff it, what grit sand paper did you use?

Re: $8.00 Paint job

it seems like your bed is to far forward. The rear axle looks to far back on the truck. Anyone know what the cab to bed gap should be? I think the bed needs to be moved back. Do you have a wood or steel floor?

Re: $8.00 Paint job

I'm going to roll boat paint on my truck when it's ready. Comes in many cool colors. Should be cheap to do and I've heard it lasts longer than Rustoleum since it's made for outdoors, saltwater, boats, etc.

Re: $8.00 Paint job

That looks good enough my wife would probably let me park that one in the driveway. My current one has to stay under wraps in the garage.
