I think it would be helpful to pull the beds off one of your short bed trucks and the crew and compare them side by side....

Take his shortbed 3/4 ton that's not running anyway and cut the frame off behind the cab and swap it with the crew.

Then he can swap his half ton suspension from the white truck.

yeah but there are 3 trucks worth something and i dont want to tear 2 up to get one going
Im probably going to end up using the white one for parts though, its pretty rough at the moment
