My new $150 toy.

Picked this up for scrap yesterday. It is a pile of crap but it runs. I am probably going to pull the eng and trans and drop it in my Buick. It has a 350 the guy said had a cam in it and unknown transmission - automatic.
ANyhow here are the pics and a couple of videos of it

Re: My new $150 toy.

Looks like a good project. Depending on what kind of overall shape that truck was in i would clean it up and run it. I personally think that thing looks sweet.

It can get out of its own way and into all kinds of trouble. I dont know the specs on this engine but it is nasty fast.

That is great for $150! Looks like cast iron intake and quadrajet?

Nice buy!! I have a '91. Most decent bodies go for a couple and you got a running 350 one for that, that's awesome!

Re: My new $150 toy.

No didn't scrap it. I plan to pull the engine out and put it in my 80 Buick Century. We have had so much rain that I am surprised that the truck didn't float away. If it ever dries up a bit I will get started on the swap.
