I bought them new, but went over them with Mother's Aluminum Polish and that really brought out the shine. I'm looking into some of the suggestions that came up here. I was hoping to find something that is available locally, but am not seeing many choices. I may try the Wizards Power Seal.

The wheels are
fronts are 255-45-18 with 5" bs. 18x8 wheel
rears are 295-45-20 with 5" bs. 20x10 wheel (barely fit)
