How high will the bumpers be off the ground with a 6inch susp. lift for a '72 chevy k20?And will it be legal in Pa?

Re: 6inch susp. lift

Not enough info. What size tires are on the rig? For those of us out of PA, what is the rule?

6" of lift and 28" tires might not be a problem, but 38's might, you know?

Unless its ridiculous (6 inches is not) and you dont drive like an ass drawing attention you shouldnt get pulled over. And if you are nice. It will usually be a warning to get mud flaps or something

Pretty much 6" higher.Stay with 12.50/35s,no wider.I run 10" wheels but 8" tucks a bit more under the body. These don`t stick out and that grabs the cop`s attention to the height. It`s an older truck and if it isn`t all gnarly and nasty looking I think they`ll let you slide as a nice classic.Big steel bumpers and boggers that you can see most of the front tread coming at you is what gets the ticket.
