Transmission Question

Does 2000 Silverado 1500 and 2500 use the same automatic transmission?What about transfer case?

I am not 100% on this but as far as I know the 1500's got 4L60E's and the 2500's got the 4L80E's.

All 2500s have 4l80e's unless it's a diesel with an Allison
