Question Anyone Done This

I may have a line on a pretty stripped out 88 model (no engine/tranny..some body panels missing) SWB C1500. I have seen alot about swapping the disks/front end/power steering and all out of the 73-87 model trucks.

Does any one know if the 88-98's will work for this swap out also?

Supposedly the truck was typical low end..V6, 5 speed Thought it might be a good basis to upgrade a lot of things on my 70.

A little cutting and welding and "anything" will work.
