This is indeed a customer service issue.
In contrast, I bought a carb from Rock Auto late Friday night and early Monday had an email, from a real person, saying they couldn't get the part, that they didn't know a time line and that they had credited my CC. Prices, service and company integrity hold equal value in my book. |
