Good eye!! I was wondering when somebody would ask about that. The original door was damaged and all we could find in the stack lot was a solid red door. The paint is a little thinner on the replacement door but the shade is nearly perfect. Painting the door frame is one of our next moves.

Mainly just drive it!!! I have a few more little things to do to it. Now that the weather is hot I need to change the compressor. After 37 years it is still working but I can tell it is on its last legs. The truck that we are restoring is going to look identical to this one but it will have a parchment interior and a painted wood floor.

I can't blame you there... drive it and enjoy it.

Can't wait to see the other truck you are restoring it will be quite the looker.

Are you still driving this thing? Have you made any more tweaks to it? I love this truck man, finding this would be the holy grail for me

This is the reason it was ordered with a BB and 3.73 ratio. It was originally purchased to tow a large trailer.

Thanks!! I love the little truck. A local guy wants to buy it so a told him if I sold it, it would be "so and so money". I thought for sure I made it high enough to where he would mot want it, but he said he is going to call me when his house sells. I hate to sell it but I would love to have the money to finish my other one. Don't know what to do.
