Thumbs down Gearhead Enterprises (Ebay, Hudson Iowa)

I ordered a '47-53 power brake booster / master cylinder / pedal assembly over the phone last week after seeing them in their Ebay store. They said I would receive an e-mail confirmation immediately but I didn't. E-mailed them a couple days ago, nothing. Called today, after being on hold for about 20 mins they acted like they were doing me a favor to find the order (after asking me for a bunch of info I was not given. Said something about a part on backorder but no details(of course but the took my $$$). This is always a no-no in my book. They confirmed the order verbally, no order # or anything. So, I'm hoping it shows up, who knows when.

Vendors read this:

1) Attitude is everything. I'll wait for weeks if you communicate and are polite. Otherwise I'll go elsewhere.

2) DON'T charge up front for backorder parts and DO tell the customer at purchase time!!!
