van ralleys

curious if anybody has used the 6.5. my problem is i have 3" belltech spindles and 3" drop springs and now my control arm sits on my inner lip of the wheel. dont really want to cut on the arm if i dont have to. Thanks

i have them on my truck with 2.5 spindles and one coil cut i had to shave the control arm a bit

do u happen to have any pics and was it the whole bend off the bottom. i bought 1" spacers but it moved the wheel out way to far now it kinda looks weird. o yeah thats with the stock ralleys

I used some 15x6.5's on my trailer, does that help?

I think Joe put some on the front of his crew to help with clearance issues. Not totally sure of his drop, but you can probably find out in his build thread.

Trim the edge of the a-arm lip off using a cut-off wheel on an angle grinder. I drill a hole where I want the trimmed portion to 'end' & cut to the hole. I then use a grinding disc to smooth all the edges completely. No sharp edges = less opportunity for stress cracks.

I have 3" spindles and 6.5" van rallies.
my arms are trimmed like the pic above
