Driving 47-54 chassis 1/2 ton foose

I am thinking of selling the driving chassis. So wiw? TCI front dropped suspension, 17's & 18's Foose Wheels, 396, 700R4, all wiring seats, hitch, Flowmasters, new billet axles in the Ford 9-inch with 433 posi. This is under my panel, but a pickup does fit. What you get is EVERYTHING that you can't see, plus you get the wheels!! You'll get the dash, guages, column, steering wheel, front leather seats. No interior off the walls though.

What I'm thinking about is cutting the body off like I did my Suburban, and putting my 48 Panel on a Trailblazer SS.

Seems to be a big range pricing these. Figuring used value of wheels, TCI parts etc. is pretty easy. It's the motor, trans. etc. that fluctuate quite a bit depending on specs. Sharpie

Re: Driving 47-54 chassis 1/2 ton foose

I think I'm going to search for a 48-54 5-window that I can throw on this chassis as a 'patina' truck. With all the mechanicals done and dependable, I should be able to recoup all the investment. Patinas tend to bring $8-15k, don't they?
