Hard to say from that angle, either a 12 bolt, Dana 44, or a Dana 60. If it is 5 or 6 lug it is most likely a 12 bolt. There were some Dana 44 in the rear of 67-68 GMC, but I have never seen a coil spring 44. If it is 8 lug it is a 60. In 67-68 there were some big block trucks that had a 6 lug Dana 60, but are uncommon. If you have a pic of the other side, it will be easier. But regardless, it is not an Eaton!

Hollanders shows code HA as a 3.73 12 bolt that could have come in a 65-69 C-10. The 65 model was a posi and the 66-69 was not. Hope this helps.
