news on Rusty
well this week we began the engine swap...the donar, my dads 78 1 ton...it has a 305, in '99 this rebuilt 305 replaced a 350. Not all the power but he needed an engine....two days later the water pump went out...four years later, we crank it up for the first time in a long time....it sat for four years...a freshly rebuilt engine....WOW....who knows what will happen with it, but for now it will be the heart of my Rusty.
