Like you said the rubber has last 40+ years..I just inherited the urethane. My son had a 72 SWB Stepside and was forced to move on(68 Camaro LSX power = $$$)
I drive a 67 Camaro BBC everyday...vintage iron is less taxing on the pocketbook, and no car payments spells parts' payment and 93 octane!
My 69 SWB fleetside will inherit the 427; the camaro getting 500+ inches(bought and paid for - lots of ebay deals over 3 years)
