Need Some Help 1987 305 TBI to 350 TBI

Ok all you 1987 chevy truck experts that has converted a 305tbi to 350tbi with a edelbrock performer intake and headers other than that its all stock with a new prom chip from jet. Ok all was going well till it came time to hook up the trans vac line and fuel lines witch are the stock ones from the 305 (and yes it has dual fuel tanks) They will not hook up, it is like the lines need to be routed on the intake different , so if you have an answer for this please let me know. Is it just me? I need to know just about all modifications needed to complete it. I have worked on these old trucks my entire life but this is my first build so I lack some education. My links below.
