I just got this truck Sunday. 1972 Cheyenne 20 Longhorn. It was a 402/400, but no motor or trans. Has all of the accessories for the motor. Dana 3:54 posi rear end. Tilt wheel $250.00. Very good sheetmetal. Let me know what you need. No shipping on any large items. Or, $1200.00 complete, no title.

What sort of shape are the side mirrors, do you have left and right hand? Friend of mine is needing passenger side sport mirror but would buy both as a set if price is right. Also do you have the original owner's glovebox manual for a 72 ? He is looking for that also. Let me know on mirrors and manual either by the board or PM. Thanks.

joesjunk, this may be a little off topic, but nice trailer! looks like early chevy wheels on it?? what is the width of the bed of your trailer? I made a custom trailer and am wondering if its wide enough to fit a truck w/ std tires on.

I built that trailer about 2 years ago. It is the widest axles they had, its has about an 82" floor width?? ( I forgot ). It will haul a 4x4 truck fine.
The wheels and tires are from a 1998 chevy truck.

Ironhorse, Both mirrors are broken. It has a owners manual, but it is faded. You can get new ones from Chevy duty for $7.00

I have a dana 60 power lock with a good set of 3.54 gearsfor 30 spline axles..Both gears and power lock in good condition..
I need to double check,but i am pretty positive That I have it.

I would ask $135 altogether.Plus what ever shipping was from 99223 to your place..

Bed trim is no good.

6772king, I want to sell the rear end complete, $400.00

mtdave2, If it had a title I would try to push selling it complete. Wrong gas cap, heater boxes good (a/c truck)

Piston, The BB motor stands are sold, Pm me with what all other accessories you need. "Front clip", The right fender, inner fenders, and core support are rust free and good. Left fender and grill are bad. $275.00

Da-burb, Chris is wanting the bed!!! Just a few weeks to early. Too bad you did get to come down with Chris, I would have liked to have met you.

Now a question, Are the spring perches on a longhorn rear end a different width than a regular long bed 2wd truck?? I heard they were different???

Yes, the spring perches are the same width as a 4x4. That is what I would do with it. Find a dana 44 with 3.54's for the front and drop the both into my 4x4. You work on Chris and i'll ride with the next trip!
