Radiators and Center caps

I've got a 85 short and and a BBC (99 roller 454) and I was wondering about the best radiator to use i'm leaning towards an aluminum type, but it has to be able to keep it's cool in the 99 degree Ga temps. Nothing extravagant, 30 over with a zz502/502 roller cam, 9:1 comp, holley 750 aluminum air gap manifold. 7 blade clutch fan and air down the road 700r4 and 3.42 gear any suggestions would be great. Also running corvette rally style wheels and front flat caps are hitting the dust cap any ideas. Won't begin to go on the wheel...Thanks for your time and suggestions and help.
