OKAY..finally got some pictures and I will have to call the installer to find out the who-what-where of the new gasket. I know my first LMC was crap.

Hey guys
I finally found out the brand of gasket the guy used that worked. He said that it is the best one that is used by commercial installation companies. It is called PRECISION BRAND gasket. Posted via Mobile Device

Thanks for the info. That is the same brand that most guys here on the forum say is the best brand window rubber/gasket to get.

KIC you have a part number? I have the website but it's seems to be a generic front page, no way to search for parts with out calling. Jake
