Re: The beauty *N* the beast
Well after a divorce, changing jobs and moving a couple of times I'm back. The truck has been sitting in my shop on the farm for roughly 7 years and I'm finally back in a position where I can pursue my dream once again. I've decided to do some things differently from the original build plan. in the last couple of months I've started ordering parts. Bought some new Raceline wheels, azproperformance revelator kit for brakes, shock relocators, Belltech shocks, front and rear CPP sway bars, CPP bent panhard bar, the rearend has been completely overhauled. 3.73 Eaton posi unit, new ring and pinion, new 1350 yoke, moser 6 lug to 5 lug conversion axles and all new seals. Also I had it narrowed 2" per side so I can fit the 20X12 Raceline wheels back there. In addition to that I have my new Boyds fuel tank all my fuel lines and fittings waiting to go in and I got the Accuair stage 2 Endo VT air management system in, all thanks to Travis at azproperformance. I have decided to go with a 595HP LS3 from Texas Speed and this will probably be the biggest purchase for the truck at one time so it may take a while. Thats a lot of pennies. I have a few recent pics I'll post and will take more as I start to install some of the items listed above. Oh yea I got remarried to and she loves the truck.
