The mirror heads look like two different types....may not be a problem, but the top mounting bracket looks like it is at a 90* angle where it mounts under the wing window, can you confirm that??

I used to have a painted set of these mirrors, and am looking for a stainless replacement set, but I need the bracket holes to match the holes still in my doors. I would like to measure mine to make sure they are a match, but am out of town til weds..

Have you driven with theses mirrors? are they sturdy in the wind, or vibrate like crazy??

Still second in line....to clarify.

wow never noticed the mirros being different. heres some pics of the brackets. I never drove the truck. When I bought this one the trans was shot. They were firmly mounted to the doors, and the seem to be sturdy made. There is some overspray from the PO's attempt to primer the doors. it comes right off with some laquer thinner.

Thanks for the pics, I'll pass to slickside. I do have a decent set. These do look nice, I'm sure they will sell rather quick. I'm sure the small bars can be manipulted to the position needed.

both grilles will need work, but I"ll try to get them down tomorrow, and get some pics for you. Going that far shipping might be best shipped greyhound. Do you have a bus terminal close enough to you?

No center caps, prices I posted were all make reasonable offers. I just put a price so the negotiating could start.
Not sure on the shipping, I had a set of wheels and tires shipped from chicago not to long ago. I paid just a little over 100 bucks to have them shipped. thru fed ex. MY zip code is 37617 if you would like to see about shipping for yourself. I also have a greyhound terminal near by if you would want to go that route. ALL I be able to do to is get a guesstimate. Which is between 60-75 bucks. thru fedex. I use them because they are closest to me.

I don't see why they wouldn't fit. Is your 70 disc conversion still 6 lug??? I had them on a 98 toyota tacoma 4wd at one point. It had fairly big disc brakes on it. so I would say they'd fit no problem.
I'm sure of the exact weight of the wheels or size, so it's just a guestimate of shiping cost. it came up close to 80 bucks ball parking it. once I get measurements and accurate weight it might be cheaper. or if you have a greyhound terminal near by sometimes its cheaper to ship stuff like these.
