Need Help! Won't start

I drove my truck a little this morning, then brought it into my garage to change the oil. Did that, changed the air filter, put everything back together and tried to start it. Nothing. Turn the key and nothing. No noise, no starter, etc. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the starter, but it's relatively new. I tried banging on the starter (this worked when I did have a starter going bad on my S-10) and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your in the Lyman, SC area and want to stop by and help, let me know...lol

Thanks, Matt

Re: Need Help! Won't start

First things first... are the battery terminals corroded? How is the wiring to the ignition switch on the dash?

The wiring is fine. The lights still all work and come on no problem. It has a relativity new battery, and the terminals are not corroded.

Make sure truck is not in Neutral. Sounds simple, but I troubleshot an engine rebuild for several days once - only to find I'd been foiled by the dang neutral safety switch.... Hopes it's something that simple.
