Post Saddle tank switch

Was wondering if anyone has the factory switch that switches tanks. Maybe see a picture of it? Went to the dealer looking to get some questions answered and the parts guy sent me to this guy that has been around forever and he said that factory side tanks had a regular switch mounted so that both tanks would read on the guage while dealer tanks were mounted for the most part with the manual switch and no senders as they figured you ran side tanks out then switch to the gauged tank. He also said they used to take tanks out of old cars ( he thought torino but wasnt sure as it was so long ago)and they would bolt right up in between the frame rails with no modifications. He said the flanges on the tank lined right up with holes in the frame. He wasnt sure what exact cars it was as it was so long ago but remembers doing it.

I can post some pics tomorrow. I have one on the left side of the Dash and one on the floor next to the Bench.

My saddle tank looks like it is made just for these trucks as it is weld with square corners. My switch is just a 3 way tap basically. It is mounted on the floor on the drivers side in between the seat and the door.

Mine looks pretty close to that. What I am looking for is to see pictues of what the factory switch on the dash looks like.
