Cue-Ball,
I've done exactly what you're thinking using 1" spacers in the rear on 3 of my square bodies. As you know, the rear track is more narrow than the front. Drop spindles widen the track even more on the front, and lowering the truck just exaggerates the track difference even more. I bought my 1" spacers (lug adapters) from Summit. It does help the look with front and rear having a closer track width. The only problem I have is finding low profile (short depth) lug nuts with acorn/tapered seat that fits below the surface of the spacer. |
