I thought the differences were for the full foam and spring seat bottoms. Didn't realize it was year specific.

Does someone have a pic of the spring seat bottom vs. the full foam bottom? Were the spring seat versions common to particular years?

Here are some pics from a 73-74 GMC Data Book and a few pics of my bench seat bottoms from a 70 and 73 Sierra Grande.
