Headliner

Just wondering if second gens ever came with a headliner in the back. If you look at the mold shape in the fiberglass it almost looks like it was designed to have a headliner installed. Since it is almost flat I am sure it wouldn't be a difficult task to come up with something that almost looked factory.

Re: Headliner

No - no factory headliner back there that I can recall.

Re: Headliner

I figured that there probably never was one. Not sure what the inside roof looks like on a 78 Burb, but I did see a first gen Blazer that had custom upholstry and the whole inside of his double wall top was done in tweed to match the rest. It actually looked pretty good. It had sometype of headliner created to fit in the space. but the inside pattern looks like ribs front to back on a first gen. Just brainstorming and thought maybe someone had tried it. Looks like the only prob might be attaching to the roof and some kind of trim.
