If so, mind taking some step by step pics of how you did it? I would probably wuss out and get a shop to do that for me unless someone showed me a way I could do it by my wee-lonesome. Thanks man!

Re: My 64 C-10 fleetside shortbed build

Re: My 64 C-10 fleetside shortbed build
Harbor Freight has this one on sale for $119.95. At this price it's not worth it for me to make one.

Re: My 64 C-10 fleetside shortbed build
Well been really busy lately trying to catch up on things around the house and servicing the 3 daily drivers in the yard. I did get my new 3 inch drop springs in from cpp. I havent done anything on the truck lately, been working some overtime so I can go to the charlotte auto fair this weekend with a few $ in my pocket.
Looking foward to meeting you this weekend at the show Flips. I hope it doesnt rain the whole time, weather not looking to good right now. anyways Strodder is probally right. I built that blast cabinet with alot of scrap peices from work that was free and already had extra wood laying around for the stand. The only real cost I have in it is the gloves from ebay that are blast cabinet replacements, the harbor freight 9.00$ work light mounted in it and a 7.00$ peice of glass the local glass shop cut for me. Oh also the siphon blasting gun that was 27.00$ from tractor supply. I just enjoyed building it and a good conversation for people that come over to the shop.

I feel the same way, but don't have the time to build one.

Re: My 64 C-10 fleetside shortbed build
heres a picture from Charlotte auto fair this weekend. Soooo much stuff to look at you need 3 full days to cover it all. I met up with Flips72 there. Him and his brother had a truck bed slam full of stuff they bought, lol. Super nice guys, wish we had more time to chat but we all were in a hurry to get what we went after. What a fun filled day it was. nice meeting you Flips.
