Re: 2000 longbed Silverado--rear mystery rattle

next time u hear the rattle pay attention to see if it does it when you hit small bumps in the road, the rear leaf springs have little plastic pads between them at the ends which tend to break and dissapear then the tips of the leaves will rattle together on small bumps. every one of these newer gms I've had does this and most of my friends dmaxs also.
